There are successful social democracies. In fact, they're some of the best countries in the world. Social security is socialism. Roads are socialism.

However communism always fails. If the meme said communism, I'd agree 100%, because communism always turns in to authoritarianism.

What do you mean by that? I was under the impression that authoritarian communism just happened to be the only form of communism that has "worked" (but only in being stable rather than achieving the goal) so far.
