If that is true then I won't disagree.

However, not all cases would be like that.

Just because someone has a terrible car accident and is saved by NOT wearing a seat belt doesn't mean it's going to go that way every time. The statistics prove that seat belts save lives.

So do laws protecting children from exploitation.

    Either you suck at comprehending or you're intentionally disagreeable.

    That's not what I said. I said, "If that is true then I won't disagree."

    It's not out of the realm of possibility that it could be fine. I'm saying that for the majority of cases it's not fine. I never said it was acceptable in most cultures. If true, it's an exception, not the rule.
