It will be interesting to see if this de facto legalization will cause more or fewer overdoses. I am guessing that after a few months the number of ODs will decrease.

To legalize narcotics is as ridiculous as it would be to legalize murder thinking that it's going to bring about peace

There are a number of reasons that legalization should be considered. It is not for me to decide but I hope the situation will be discussed at the government level.

Ex-president phillipines Duterte and his brutal war on drugs.. he sent out paid assassins to execute drug dealers, eliminating the problem.
