This is the most horrifying thing I've ever heard from a Supreme Court Justice. Ketanji Brown-Jackson is concerned that the First Amendment is making it harder for the government to censor speech. That's literally the entire point.

Which is why it is crucially important for everyone to understand and to shift to the idea of 'Agency'
it is an innate and inalienable part of all living beings
Our agency precedes externally sanctioned rights and laws
 
The core of our problems is that everyone has been de-Agency-fied (self de-Agency-fied, to be precise) without even knowing it
Our problems end, when each of us re-Agency-fy our own self.
Else, the millennia old (self) subjugation of mankind continues.

You're obviously so much more experienced than her lifetime career in law.

(Categories of speech that are given lesser or no protection by the First Amendment (and therefore may be restricted) include obscenity, fraud, child pornography, speech integral to illegal conduct, speech that incites imminent lawless action, speech that violates intellectual property law, true threats, false statements of fact, and commercial speech such as advertising. Defamation that causes harm to reputation is a tort and also a category which is not protected as free speech.)
