I know it's hard to believe that anyone would actually do something kind without expecting payment, but that's what the followers of Jesus Christ do, because that's what he did. Jesus taught, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." This matches the statement of the Mennonite crew leader.

Video games are also pretty satisfying. So are alcohol and sex. Neither requires that much travel.

I did a world changers event where I traveled to build houses for the poor with my church. I can honestly say it pales in comparison to the memory of how wet my wife was when I fucked her on the train during our trip to St Louis.
