By her logic, we don't need diversity laws. If you're not creating quotas, exercising affirmative action, or picking and choosing solely to fill diversity regulations, what's the point? We already have laws that prohibit business from excluding anyone based on race, gender/sex, orientation, religion, age, etc. I disagree with Mark Cuban too. You don't need diversity to be successful in business, you need to hire the best people to fit the role.
