This happened to my friend Keith back in 1995. He tried out for the tennis team, collapsed during tryouts, and was dead before the ambulance came.
Turned out to be an undiagnosed congenital heart defect. Sucked. Keith was a good guy.

It was likely due to an early version of the COVID vaccine. We all know that all heart problems around the world are due to the COVID vaccine, dating back to Archimedes in third century BCE Sicily .
