Why would the NSA need a warrant to buy data being sold by data brokers?

Because of the 4th Amendment, whether they are buying it or not it is still illegal search and seizure. And, it isn't just the NSA who are invading your privacy, it is many bad actors.

It is sad so many people don't consider it a problem and allow the creeping authoritarianism to occur.
