Singapore has the right idea: public caning. Whip these mfs until they can’t stand up, THEN throw them in prison until no ghetto whore will have brats with them. Block them from the gene pool.

Gas chamber seems expensive enough for me. Putin has seen things right in that there is an overpopulation on the planet, so if we get rid of the criminals they won't be missed.
