This investigation arrives notably close on the heels of Adams acknowledging that national immigration policy is destroying his city. Adams: "Hey, the influx of immigrants must stop or we are fucked!" -> Adams under federal investigation. Brandon Johnson in Chicago: "Keem 'em coming!" -> no federal investigation. Hmmm.
