In a civilized society, no person is responsible for the extreme behaviours of others when no direct incitement has taken place. To twist a simple comment into potential incitement of violence just because it 'could' push insane people to do insane things is a stretch at best. Why not ban all horror movies in case they incite the insane to commit murder? Why not ban all rap music for glorification of racism and violent crime? We don't because they are not the cause of the crime, the criminal is. To accuse Trump of inciting violence for mediocre comments is a fantasy and is not equally reflected amongst other political figures who have literally called for uprisings, such as Nancy Pelosi.
