Damn how hard is it for Musk to just follow the law.

Just hire a damn employment lawyer, cheapskate.

They'll explain to you, that in America, you can't routinely say "we don't hire women" or "we don't hire Catholics" or "we don't hire refugees".

Those aren't things that large employers can say in America. If you disagree then feel free to write to your congressperson or go and live somewhere else.

Why did Elon's family move to america from south africa? Is it because of America's prosperity, rule of law, and access to capital and talent? Damn you'd think he'd have a little more respect for America than to flout the law like that

I'm not sure if you have opened the OP link or not, but if you look at the tweet quoted in the OP, it's absolutely undeniably breaking the law.

Nothing to do with lizards. Nobody is saying he's a lizard.

In America, large employers are not allowed to say "we don't hire black people / people who served in the military / anyone born in Poland / people who are on refugee status"

Those are all things that large employers cannot say in America.
