The judge is a racist scumbag (a Laotian who finds in favor of a Vietnamese asshole with a ridiculous case).

Sinlapasai accepted the lawsuit’s claims as facts, as none of the trio ever denied the allegations and a prior judge had ruled all three defendants had lost the trial by default. She awarded the entire amount requested by Ngo’s attorney, Dorothy Yamamoto.

An attorney for Schott-Deputy made a last-ditch bid to avert defeat by default, but Sinlapasai rejected the effort, saying it was too late to respond to the 3-year-old lawsuit.

Schott-Deputy had entered the courtroom briefly during the first trial, but was ejected because the gallery was open only to news media.

This isn't worth $300k, or $30:

Schott-Deputy was “one of the first to strike” Ngo as he live-streamed a protest in downtown Portland on May 29, 2019, while Allen hit Ngo over the head with a sign and Belyea tossed a milkshake on him, according to the lawsuit.

His earlier lawsuits have failed or were settled out of court.

Chanpone Sinlapasai - who was appointed last December - should be disbarred.
