Thank goodness, at least one thing went right today.

I'm guessing the news next week will be this logical DA was replaced by a new Soros-backed DA

Well, they wouldn't have charged the thief, so no reason to charge them.

A friend was robbed by two people with a knife. He beat the shit out of them. Was sentenced to community service for using excessive force. What the fuck do you mean? They had a knife and outnumbered him. It was obviously a fight to the death and he even let them live......

I agree that he should have been allowed to cut them up up to the point that they either stayed in position until the police would come.

It seems the law was applied incorrectly or your friend was lying.

Anyone robbing people with a knife should be hanged by their balls on a town square and be available for organ harvesting, but unfortunately the average person doesn't want to solve crime, because deep down they are probably criminal themselves.

I don't know people that rob people. Why does anyone not want those people to just be culled?

I had a friend who worked at a Quick Mart, robber came in to buy penny candy and paid cash. When the drawer was open the robber reached over and grabbed $50 in cash and my friend pushed the drawer closed on his hands and hurt them. Police didn't believe his story and accused him of taking the $50 and blaming it on a robbery. The girl who took over the next night got hit by the same robber. So they carried broomsticks without the bristles on them to hit him the next time it happened. Police won't do shit to stop them.

Stopped too soon. Can’t fix a Dalit (untouchable) unless he’s beaten into unconsciousness.

The law doesn't appear to be applied correctly and whoever decided this should be behind bars for corruption.

However, I think it should be legal, but for that the law should be changed and clarified.
