She's saying that the kid did it because he's got ADHD. I know a lot of people who have ADHD and not one of them has shot a single person in their entire lives.

Nevermind that mothers who are addicts are more likely to have kids with ADHD. It's easy to use as an excuse for poor parenting, from before birth.

ADHD pays disability benefits from SS if the meds don’t help. Since the school nurse gives out the meds, a parent gives doughnuts and Red Bull to the kids for breakfast. This makes the kids act crazy, the meds help little, and the ghetto rats get SS disability.
