I’m stating facts.

I’d approach this “as is” or head on. I would not approach this as “should be”.

      How many people have asked me to clarify. This may be the second time I have been asked for clarification on said it. Ever.

      I agree. I talk past people. I have worked on really paying attention to what people are sayings and really trying to address exactly what they say.
