The plane that crashed carried employees of CTEH from Arkansas. Look at the man's jacket in this video. It has a different company name written on it: EES Group, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Since his company is already in Ohio, he would not need to take a flight from Arkansas.

From what l understood he was one of the passengers on the flight headed to another investigation...l may be wrong...l can't find the article
