USA - Toxic cloud from train derailment. As of 9pm yesterday, a local woman posted: "the outside smells of chlorine at our house, located about 15 miles N of the site."

They were going door to door evacuating people so they don't get poisoned from the fumes

Were the messengers wearing hazmat suits or some other protective gear?

I also heard that East Palestine, Ohio was evacuated.
