Oh I get it now! MAID is a money-making scheme. The agency is always behind on funds, so they are waxing healthy people to sell their organs to fund healthcare for the desireables. Nice!

That's horrific.

You do know donated organs are from living people, right? And anesthetic is not used for many organs.

Look into this shit; it's a hideous secret that organ donors are paralyzed so they can't scream or move, then their organs cut out. Monitoring of blood pressure and pulse however show the same spike as anyone under such agony.

They're alive, awake and feeling it.
