Very true, and if they'd been blanks and someone had gotten hurt, I'd hold him accountable as well, just like here. He didn't have to point that gun at her at all and he broke one of the cardinal rules of handling a firearm; never point it at anyone unless you intend to shoot them. But involuntary manslaughter? I'll wager that doesn't happen. Ultimately, whoever loaded live rounds into that gun bears the brunt of the responsibility. But yeah, Baldwin should be held accountable for even pointing it at her, even if he thought there were blanks in it.
