A few years back we had a "once in a life time" storm that completely flooded Old Ellicott City. An year or 2 later we had a second "once in a lifetime" storm that did the same thing. This isn't normal weather because it's being manipulated by govs all over the world and every time they try to play God it blows up in their face.
