I think if this is the same case I think it is she has a history of this sort of thing.

Regardless bipolar or not driving at full speed into an intersection is grounds for a permanent driving ban in the event you don't kill people. Since six people died here, I'd say life is the minimum fair sentence. She's clearly shown a deadly lack of good judgement and cannot be trusted to go free.

I agree, this is her destiny now. Still, if psychiatry were effective in any way whatsoever, such cases would be rarer.

Better to institutionalize them and get them treatment I think. I've done some stupid shit driving before but running through an intersection at 130 is something I've only done in grand theft auto. That's just beyond the pale.

I mean it is trying to play whack a mole with drugs. Sometimes it works. Often it doesn't. We don't well understand the underlying problems cause we don't understand how the brain works.
