I grew up among the California Chicanos. Give them credit . . . they have forced a multitude of Negroes to abandon the Los Angeles basin out of fear of physical harm. The cultures streaming in from below our southern border do not embrace education as some other cultures do. Most of the Chicanos I knew viewed education as something for women to do. Males work by the sweat of their brow. Chicanos often drop out of school and if they do not join a street gang go to work in the trades or blue-collar jobs in general.

Chicanos can not create a first-world country. Look to the south to see what they do create. Note that the upper-hierarchy down south is comprised of descendants of the Spanish and Portuguese conquerors of the past.
