Ukraine was one of the most corrupt countries in the world, the country had a GDP per capita lower than some African countries and the war has been triggered by the Hillaries. My assessment is that a lot of Ukrainians saw a golden opportunity to get rich quickly.. Behind every crisis there's an opportunity.. It can be selling received arms for 10% of the price or just depend on the received money or use the crisis to move to a better country and live for free..
