White people's population literally exploded threefold due to Imperialism and are only able to sustain it because Fritz Haber invented artificial fertilizer.

Is it one or the other? You are literally contradicting yourself. Industrialized farming sustains white people. The only need for fertilizer comes from the finite amount of arable land and the absurd WORLD population. You are confusing the claim that the WORLD can't sustain the WORLD population without fertilizer, with the claim that a small fraction of the world population can't.

It's both. Imperialism increases the amount of arable land and artificial fertilizer is the only reason why they are able to maintain such population sizes. Usually, populations go up and down like a sine-wave due to availability of food and, due to the nature of Imperialism, whites are the least likely to have sustainable farming techniques and hence will deplete the soil fastest.

Hence the need for artificial fertilizer.

Industrialized farming sustains white people.
