Pujols aggressively approached Cook looking for an excuse to be violent. He's guilty of manslaughter and should be in prison.

Cook was a convicted pedophile, good riddance

Police said Cook enticed teen boys into his home with comic books, video games and candy. He then used the boys for his pornographic fantasies, including filming himself performing sex acts with a 16-year-old boy, police said. At the time of his arrest, Cook told reporters that he was not guilty, saying there was no evidence the photographs were child pornography.

Cook was sentenced in 2008 to five years in prison for a range of charges including lewd and lascivious battery on a child, using a child in a sexual performance and several counts of unlawful sex with a minor. He was released in 2011.

Pujols did not aggressively approach the racist pedophile. The racist pedophile was the aggressive one. The racist pedophile set things in motion that lead to his death.

Employees told Cook, a regular at the establishment, to leave, but he parked his car, walked inside, and was aggressive and verbally abusive toward employees, prosecutors said.

The racist pedophile was the aggressor, not Mr. Pujols. Where did you get that Pujols was the aggressor? Were you privy to information that prosecutors were not privy to? Mr. Pujols should have never been charged with a crime.

Once Cook said the racial slur, Pujols walked around the counter and told him not to say that again.

Yes, the guy was most likely going to escort Cook out of the restaurant but that did not happen because Cook called the man a racial slur again.
