Moses contended during her hearing last week that she believed she could vote again despite her convictions, because the corrections department and county election commission both signed off on her voter registration application in 2019. However, the officials who signed off on the application admitted they made an error when they said her probation was over, the Washington Post reported.

So - the Corrections Department gave her the impression that she could vote. And by any standard, 6 years is excessive for a misinterpretaiton. She should sue the state of TN for millions. Fucking ridiculous.

Yeah, this sounds fucked up as is. Is there evidence of this trickery the judge claims?

IDK. The "officials" admitted that they made an error - which is also noted in the Washington post. She needs a good lawyer. She had every reason to believe she could vote in the election.

This is often enough to get such charges dismissed.

I wouldn't be surprised if she stopped taking orders from her puppet masters; they had blackmail material and they used it.
Another strong example of the blackmail theory of politics (carrot and blackmail stick).
Moses founded the local BLM chapter in Memphis. She also ran for mayor in Memphis in 2019, but learned she could not be on the ballot due to her serving probation.
Sounds like she wasn't hiding her probation, but was taken down by the corrupted courts.
It's highly likely she's the type of individual who would cross party lines, as a strong ally to the freedom movement.
She's probably influential locally and opposing the NWO coup, so they had to get rid of her.
