Because you're vaccinated against polio and measles, you have sufficient antibodies to deal with the when you are infected. All other vaccinated people in the US also have sufficient antibodies, so it is quite rare.

True - you can be infected with all viruses. The vaccines do not prevent infection. Vaccines reduce the spread of viruses by helping increase one's antibodies.

We do of course disagree on a few matters, but one thing we absolutely disagree on is this comment. The GOP are fleecing the 99% by pushing misinformation and disinformation that gives people the false impression that medical science cannot be trusted.
