You can't word it that way on the Internet. If you wish someone harm you say something like "That fucker is going to live forever just to piss me off". You don't actually spell it out.

If judicial punishment is included in violence then all political discussion would logically have to be banned, as politics implies the use of violence. Of course, to advocate that criminals not be punished would also effectively be advocating violence, so if the mods are that retarded then you really can't win.
