They were caught breaking the law, which is something the group encourages members to do under the cover of darkness.

When BLM did it that was considered protesting, and they looted and committed arson. Therefore the actions of this group would obviously be that of peaceful protest.

Nowhere in the article does it mention that being their, "true crime
