Much of what's described I've been eating all my life, bread,cold cuts, cheese however our bread goes bad within 4-5 days and cold cuts are made of meat, spices and seasonings and not a gram of sugar, flavourings,sweeteners, preservatives, stabilisers or colourings. But then I'm not American and I know how to cook

I work in the American restaurant industry, and I am astonished at how many people don't know how to cook. Some people literally order multiple times a week from my store alone.

This one dude will order delivery multiple times a day, sometimes just a couple of sodas because he is to lazy to walk over to the convenience store that is a block away.

I really use my car and walk or ride bicycle everywhere, my bank, pharmacist and market is a mile away. America use to be like Germany long ago but the auto industry made them lazy.
