I can't believe he thought that was a good idea to return fire on a freeway.

As they say, adrenaline is a hell of a drug. I remember how I felt when I discovered three people passed out in my empty rental property after they trashed the place. I had a .38 special with me and wanted to wake them up and shoot them. Luckily, I was still sane enough to call 911 and let the police handle it.
