Locally they kill each other 99.9% of the time and the cops half ass investigate. That rare time when they kill whitey, especially if rape and murder are involved, they get nailed and very publicly tried in court. You can say this is "rayciss" and I guess it is but not why you would think. The courts let them go most of the time or give out short sentences because they are black. If whitey did the same crime they are going away for a while. I think they want the black guys back out so they can get shot by a rival gang.
