Smart, if someone donated money to the guy's defense fund then they are obviously biased in favor of Rittenhouse. Someone who has donated money should never be allowed to be on the jury.

All jurors are background checked to avoid bias. The article is liberal supremacist political theater.

They can just ask the jurors if they want to know, just like with all other biases.

If someone is biased in favor of or against the defendant under all circumstances. That person does not belong on that jury.
