I said that 18 year olds BEHAVE like children. Are in many ways STILL children. But not LEGALLY, because by that age, they are supposed to know the difference between right and wrong. They understand that for example, lighting a house on fire, no matter how they might dislike the people living there, is utterly wrong.
But just going from 17 years and 11 months to 12 months does not make one magically MATURE. How is this even remotely difficult to understand?
