This is like finding out you had a rich uncle who died and you're his only kin.

Floyd's children didn't know him. His "family" was a couple of baby-mommas he abandoned after insemination.

Now they're rich.

It's like a through-a-demonic-kaleidoscope version of the American Dream.

How long have you known the family?

I can safely say that I know his son as intimately as Floyd himself.

Cool. Put me in my place. Provide a cite.

Provide another that your contention does not matter at all legally.

"I didn't recognize who it was until mom called and told me. She said, 'Do you know who that guy was?' I said no," he said. "She said, 'That's your father.'"

His funeral was held in Houston, though he died a dog's death in Mineapolis, and this is because he had left a daughter there in Houston to go be a dog in Mineapolis.
