There doesn't seem to be any evidence that he went there to shoot it up. He just chimped out. I have no doubt that he chimed out without a reasonable cause, and turned his gun in the white crowd out of racist intent, but there is no evidence.

Difficult to say. Could be they like bowling. They may have gone there to steal. Could be they had a personal beef with somebody, then ended up firing indiscriminately because scumbags. Whatever the reason, it’s not immediately obvious that this was racially motivated or even a planned mass shooting.

Yeah, you're probably right. People see these things and project white ideas onto it, like planning and premeditation. It's a chimp out.
