You fully understand, of course, that it was stolen. Must be weird to be so happy about it, and at the same time, deep down, knowing that you are in a minority, and one that is arrayed against a group of people that used to be law abiding.

Have you called the police? You need to tell them that you know about a crime. They rely on citizens like you reporting crime.

Maybe you could get one of the those sandwich signs. You need to get the word out.
