White people were always slightly underrepresented among serial killers. It makes sense, though, that if your country is 80%+ white, then most of your serial killers will be white too.

There is something weird about the US though that they have a lot more serial killers per head than most other countries. Is there a known reason for that?

Freedom is dangerous, It is one's own responsibility to keep one safe. Now everyone in the U.S. wants their freedom, but wants to be protected too. You can't have it both ways.

Serial killers are a product of liberalism (nihilism + hedonism) (there were also a whole bunch of serial killers in Weimar Germany).

All the European cities has a ton of serial killers in WW2.

Well this guy is just another confessions killer so it doesn't prove anything unfortunately.

This guy had a photographic memory and was able to recreate the faces of his victims by hand (drawing/painting). As far as confirmed kills go, he beat out Gary Ridgway by at least 1.

You don't know he had a photographic memory or whether he was just making those pictures up as police lead him.

Most confessions killer are actual killers or at least perverts. That's why they do it, they know they are going to jail anyway so want a bit of special treatment.
