The problem isn't really racism, it's that they just hire their buddies and don't like hiring minorities because they don't fit in with their culture. You see a lot of these companies hiring all white people because they have a culture, one that's very spoiled and fake, and minorities tend not to buy into that. Plus even if you try, they don't want you around. In Michigan, they all travel up north to cabins and cottages just to get away from minorities. They're just recreating the fifties up there.

Asians are good at math, yet from my experience, I haven't ever met one Asian math or science teacher in my area. One that I knew of was forced to work charter schools or something. I knew another Hispanic lady who could never find a job teaching Spanish. Great lady, they'd NEVER give her a chance. She grew up rich in Mexico.

If you are good at maths then becoming a maths teacher is pretty much a failure.

Are you 12? You clearly have NOT lived life and seen the working world. It's not like the movies.

"You see a lot of these companies hiring all white people because they have a culture, one that's very spoiled and fake, and minorities tend not to buy into that"

If you drew that conclusion after living and working in the real world, you are clearly unable to comprehend the world around you.
