Reading the article the change doesnt seem that terrible to me. So they go once per day instead of staying at the same facility all day? Less government, not more. Besides, they're eggs. Buy local or from small farms.

Is he trying to kill everyone? Does he know he can't be dictator over a country if everyone is dead.

Yeah I predict because of this change, that literally everyone will die. That seems reasonable.
