For it to be a PsyOp, the media must talk about it. When they silence something, it's definitely NOT a PsyOp.

I agree.

The dailymail.co.uk tabloid is pushing this PsyOp.

It's being pushed into right wing social media circles, so it is being communicated to it's intended audience.

The "national media silent" part is the narrative.

When they silence something, it's definitely NOT a PsyOp.

This is generally the case. However, white House leaks (and the like) are often leaked intentionally, and superficially prosecuted.

Limited hangouts like Snowden are ongoing PsyOps. He admits to continuing to with for the govt (he's a CIA spook).

IMO he leaked the NSA info, because the CIA didn't like the NSA spying on them.

The CIA then began their 7 vaults operation as a private CIA pseudo-NSA (IIRC).
