In the UK we lowered police presence and cut stop and search in black areas to the bare minimum.

And now we are having a knife crime epidemic and the victims and perps are disproportionately black or other minority.

Almost half of murder victims - as well as suspects - were black despite the ethnic group accounting for just 13% of London's population.

Nationally, 3% of the population is black, 5% of murder victims are black and 13% of murder suspects are black.

There's that same pattern, from a different country with a very different history of race relations.

Only an idiot thinks yanking cops out of high crime areas reduces the crime rate committed by the locals.
