What did you see that I didn't? He's at a horse riding competition with his family and clearly having fun. Not once does he choke or cough or even make a move that indicated he was ill

    Probably a reaction to stress. Some folks deal with it in this way, it's a self-soothing mechanism. Now why he's stressed, I honestly cannot even imagine because my life is so completely and fundamentally different than his and he's seemingly stood for a lot of things I cannot comprehend (ID2020 and the like).
