Boy/girl.
Man/woman.

Trans gender women want to be women.
They want to change their gender.
Transition their gender from male to female.
They try to have sex changes.

The reason i ask is because your comments above appear to be a fallacious argument by mixing the terms.

In the usual usage sex refers to the biological aspect while gender refers to the social construct.

That's why you get transgender people but not gender change surgery.
