One panel gags are not memes. Memes are running gags/jokes. Drawing trannies as dudes covered in makeup is a meme. If the text in this one panel gag was replaced to reference something else, then it would be a meme.

TBO I don't really find this meme funny. A good meme should make you laugh or at least chuckle while making a point or statement. This is more like a sludge hammer over the head with it's subtlety.

That being said I don't think it should be banned. People should have the right to express themselves.

The only reason I can think it would be banned other then the usual "offensiveness" is the gore factor.
