It'd sure be nice if we had any kind of source or any kind of idea how "value" is being calculated here.

While it's certainly extremely long, I'm still not seeing any discussion of methodology, data collection, definitions - all I'm seeing is a whole bunch of unsourced numbers and tables.

Suuuper skeptical about this one.
