Haven't clicked through, but if the headline is correct, it's bizarre. Japan is among the most ethnically insular countries in the world. Try emigrating to Japan some time. I find it highly unlikely that Japanese would accept blacks as anything other than servants to some cause or other they had in mind. If the headline is accurate, Louis Farrakhan is an idiot, but people are idiots all the time, so who knows?

Japan was going to lead the colored peoples of the world to throw off their white oppressors. It was the whole idea behind the Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere. Yes, they invited blacks to come to Japan.
