Yes, and that is worrying. It was scripted by a group called The Committee of 300. If you can be patient, this man, Dr. John Coleman, will explain it. I just ran across this link by accident just after ordering his book that is the same as the name of the committee: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsbZ3AdFxSM It's an old VHS copy but all you really need is his voice.
