And this is not a good argument for not wearing masks - and thus supporting the spread of COVID19.

...by not wearing a mask.

You're clearly confused.

According to the CDC fairytale Covid is the name used for the symptoms of the fake virus that they haven't isolated...

Stopping the spread of symptoms with a face mask is laughable, and stupid.

It's obvious that you graduated at the bottom of your class at the shill academy.

FAIL!

It's also worth pointing to all the documentation from the "authorities" that state masks are moot.

No need to be so defensive and hostile, Todd. The science regarding masks is not arguable.

Yet you're arguing - despite the officials stating that masks are moot.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

No they're not saying that, and that's not how to use moot in a sentence.

That is how I use moot as others do. It can mean debatable, in question, inconsequential, or irrelevant. There are also other historical meanings.

My off the cuff definitions above are proven correct. I can't believe I let you make me doubt for a moment. You are indeed a timesuck and a dumbass, in short: suck ass.

"Moot refers to a subject for academic argument."

I refer to usage, not definition. You said:

masks are moot

Moot in this case is used as a noun, which would not work in this context.

In order to use moot as an adjective, it should come before a noun or argument

This is also not the way it would be used as a verb.

A discussion or process can be mooted or also moot, but not an object.

Masks are moot = the topic of masks are debatable OR using masks are not relevant to dealing with the scamdemic.

Moot worked because it covered BOTH meanings and was shorter. You are indeed a timesuck. No more for you today.
